Terms & conditions
• all payments are to be made by cash, cheque or direct transfer, made payable to me&riley contemporary events FZE
• should you wish to make a booking with me&riley a 50% deposit must be paid.
• client will be provided (by email) with a complete invoice the evening prior to the party
• a fee of 250aed will be charged in the case of any dishonoured cheque payments
• no cancellation changes may be made to a proposal within 72hrs of the party
• should a client wish to re-schedule an event this may be done up to 72hrs before the event only and subject to availability
• extending the event timing is only available at the discretion of me&riley, and extra charges will apply
• extra items/services must be requested by the client more than 72hrs before the event
• any damages to me&riley materials will result in the following charges:

any loss of items not listed here will be charged at the discretion of me&riley management
• a me&riley event planner or supervisor on location is only responsible for event related solutions, any type of domestic help (eg. food service) is arranged either separately by me&riley or provided personally by domestic help.
• any harassment of any nature towards me&riley staff or vendors will not be tolerated
• reckless behavior is strictly forbidden due to discomfort of others and personal injuries. me&riley bears no liability for such injuries and reserves the right to take appropriate action
• photo disclaimer: Every party is unique. Photographs of past me&riley parties are examples of what a party can look like. me&riley do not accept any responsibility for the parties that do not look exactly the same as photographs displayed. All material, catering, cakes, balloons and accessories are subject to availability and change seasonally.
• should your party be held in a location other than your own premises please ensure that you arrive at the location at least 30mins prior to the advertised party start time
JAMJAR EVENTS
• all of the previously mentioned terms and conditions apply
• event bookings are subject to availability and not guaranteed until the appropriate deposit has been received
• the jamjar and me&riley does not guarantee safety of clothing from acrylic paint stains
• acrylic paint used at the jamjar is certified non-toxic and safe for children to use, however parental supervision is mandatory for children under the age of 7 or higher in the case of special needs children to ensure that the paints are not consumed
• reckless behavior and running in the studio is strictly forbidden due to discomfort of others and personal injuries. The jamjar and me&riley bears no liability for such injuries and reserves the right to take appropriate action
• use of art materials other than that provided by the jamjar requires approval from the jamjar
• any damage to jamjar property caused by the customer or their companions needs to be reimbursed to the jamjar at the time of final payment
• the jamjar is not a certified café and serves packaged fruit juices, tea and coffee for the convenience of its customers
• the jamjar reserves the right to decline requests for bookings in the case of private events and art exhibitions
• the jamjar and me&riley will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to personal belongings
